Summary
The Magnus Archives is a horror-drama anthology series about inter-dimensional fear Entities who, as the name suggests, feed off of our fear as humans; The Dark, a fear of the darkness and what lurks in it, The Stranger, the fear of the unknown, the uncanny, The Eye, the fear of being watched, of having your deepest secrets and thoughts revealed, etc. The main character of the series, Jonathan Sims, is in charge of archiving statements made to The Magnus Institute, an organisation dedicated to the investigation and research into the supernatural and esoteric. He and his team of archival assistants, Tim, Sasha, and Martin, look into every statement and attempt to re-organise the Archives after the death of Gertrude Robinson, the previous Head Archivist, who left the Archives in a state of complete disarray. But as they begin to dig deeper and deeper into seemingly made up statements, something starts to look back.
